Charissa is a specialist family lawyer advising on issues arising from separation and divorce including: financial settlements, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and private children matters. She works with UK-based and international clients including high-net-worth and high-profile individuals, specialising in cases that involve complexity, whether financial structures, cross-border considerations or dynamics between the parties.

Her children practice covers private law disputes relating to child arrangements, relocation within the jurisdiction and internationally, child abduction and allegations of harm and alignment with one parent.

Charissa has worked in family law since 2014, having begun her career in business. That commercial background shapes how she approaches complex financial and personal issues: pragmatically, with a focus on outcome, what actually needs to happen and how to get there. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx). She has experience of cases before both the High Court and local courts and advises alongside non court dispute resolution.
