Yehanka is a foreign qualified lawyer at AFP Bloom, admitted to practice in Australia, with several years of experience across all aspects of family law: separation, divorce, complex financial matters, jurisdiction disputes, and parenting arrangements.
Yehanka holds a business degree alongside her law degree. That, combined with her experience working in corporate law, gives her a genuine edge when it comes to understanding the complex financial structures that sit at the heart of high-value family cases. She also has significant experience in children matters, particularly where parents are in high conflict or where internal relocation is in issue.
Yehanka is known for being calm and empathetic, the kind of lawyer who makes sure clients actually understand what is happening at every stage of their family law matter.
She graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Economics), and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2021. She went on to advise high-net-worth clients at a leading Australian family law firm before relocating from Brisbane to London in 2024. She has worked at AFP Bloom since.
Yehanka has advised across the full range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, jurisdiction disputes, and private children cases. She has particular experience with cases involving complex or multi-layered financial structures and children proceedings where high-conflict dynamics or relocation issues are central.
